How to Play:
Complete 30 minutes of cardio of your choice. Swimming, biking, running or a group fitness class - it's up to you!
Grab a heart at the Front Desk and add your name and the date. Y staff will post the hearts and keep a running tally of our progress.
Complete 14 hearts in the month of February and you'll win a Healthy Heart Fitness Challenge t-shirt!
