Stay Health-Y 600 - Free Virtual Fitness Challenge

This fitness challenge for Y Members across the country is designed to keep you moving and to be active in ways you may not have tried before. Participants are encourage to log, track and complete 600 minutes of activity throughout the course of 30 days and compete with other Y members to see who can rack up the most points! This is a FREE program and will feature suggested workouts, including those found on Y-360.
