ARE YOU READY TO ROAR?
Join us for the seventh annual Sherman Lake YMCA Kids ROAR on Sunday, May 19, 2019! Kids ROAR is a Rogue Obstacle Adventure Race featuring mud pits, water, color, obstacles, monkey bars and so much more! With 2 distances to choose from – 1 or 2 miles - participants are free to pick the course that will challenge them!
Kids ROAR is for kids’ ages 5-14 (children ages 5-7 must be accompanied by a parent).
Participants who register by May 5, 2019 will receive a Kids ROAR t-shirt!
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration will close on Thursday, May 16 at 11:59pm. There is NO race day registration.
Individual registration: $20 per child OR
Family registration: $15 per child when you register 3 or more children from the same household
As always, parents are welcome to join in on the fun at no cost but must register in order to participate. T-shirts are not provided for adults.

Stick around after Kids ROAR for camp tours, games and refreshments!
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Although Kids ROAR will take place rain or shine, if there are conditions that may affect the safety and health of our participants, a delay or cancellation of the event may be necessary. Please note our inclement weather policies below.
THREATENING WEATHER CONDITIONS
The Kids ROAR may be canceled or delayed if any of the following weather conditions exist: tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, "heavy rains", or other major weather conditions.
START OF THE RACE/CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
The start of the event may be delayed for a short time if any of the above mentioned conditions exist. The event may then be canceled if threatening weather conditions persist.
AUTHORITY TO CANCEL THE EVENT
The Race Director has the authority to cancel the event.
BROADCAST OF CANCELLATION
If Kids ROAR is canceled , we will notify all participants by email and post the cancellation on our website and Facebook page.
REFUNDS
Registration fees are non refundable. However, if the event is canceled, participants who registered prior to the t-shirt deadline will still receive their t-shirt and will receive a communication regarding a pick-up location.
