We hate to see anyone leave. However, if you choose to cancel your membership, please complete the form below after reading our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Please complete a Cancellation Form at least 15 days prior to your membership renewal date. The membership fees are withdrawn on the 15th of each month. A membership cancellation done less than 15 days will result in the cancellation taking effect the following month.
All outstanding fees will be considered due and payable at time of cancellation.
There are no refunds or prorated membership fees and you will be subject to paying the current Joiner Fee upon renewal.
