How do I choose my challenge?
The path to better health is different for everyone. Creating a personalized goal allows you to set your own pace and get the most out of your steps. Start with a number you’re comfortable with and work your way up!
Challenges include:
10,000 steps/day
6,000 steps/day
Choose your own!
How do I measure my steps?
Wearing a step counting pedometer is a great way to count your steps and will encourage you to increase your activity. If you don’t have a pedometer, we’ve created a handy conversion guide that will help you translate miles or minutes into steps!
How do I track my steps for the Happy Heart Challenge?
Tracking is easy for the Happy Heart Challenge! You have two options:
Use our online tracking form. Simply enter your name, number of steps and the date each day and our tracker will tally your steps.
Pick up one of our Happy Heart Fitness Challenge Cards at the Front Desk.
All steps must be recorded online or turned into the Front Desk by March 1, 2022 in order to be included in the challenge.
Why a step challenge?
